  I have had these folks for quite some time. Can't honestly say they are the best. I have had to constantly call them back for fungus. Each time I discussed problems with my lawn there were always excuses why I have brown spots or fungus. There was a billing problem caused by the route driver. It was less than normal, but since I was not at home at time of service I assumed there was a reduced service thus reduced billing. I paid the invoice promptly as I always do. I received a bill from them for the additional funds. In the billing they did not understand the why I did not pay the normal amt. I sent them the invoice that was left me. Today I met Lake Pest treating a neighbors lawn and I approached them to discuss a fungus problem again. The individual I deal with rudely discussed the situation with me challenging my decision to pay less than normal even if the invoice was less. This all happened on a public street with neighbors present. I have recommended them to other neighbors and they have since terminated their services. To admit he made a mistake would have very politely corrected the problem. I have paid the difference and terminated their services.
